Salmon fishing on the PM River has improved mightily since last week, the rain really did help. While I wouldn’t consider the fishing to even be normal for this time of year, with some effort and skill, your going to get into salmon.
Rains brought the river up to normal! And it now has a bit of color.
The lower river still has fish moving through, while the middle and upper sections have pre-spawn and spawning fish.
With conditions still on the low and clear side, low light periods and stealth are key to success.
