There are quite a few people making fly fishing videos these days. Some of the most high-profile videos are really not that good in terms of cinematography, editing, sound etc. But there is this guy in Chicago, Robert Thompson, that makes some movies with very high production quality. As far as I know he is flying mostly under the radar.
