I’m afraid I’ve become slightly obsessed with burbot. I’ve been fishing for steelhead lately and they’re so unkind, so apt to spit the hook right back in your face, so apt to not even bite your hook in the first place. I bet if I found some burbot, they’d bite that hook and I bet they’d hang on.
I think I need to go scuba diving.
