With storms and winds rolling through the islands every couple days, winds that mix our nicely warming shallows together with the frigid main lake waters, we are still setting an average water temp in the mid 50’s. Though even with the cool temps, fishing has remained good, in fact better than I would expect.
Watch-out when we get a nice breeze and sun, the fish have been rolling out of the deep by the thousands.
